Yes, it is possible to make changes to existing jewelry, such as changing the stone, size, combining two designs, and more.
If you are interested in a custom-designed piece of jewelry, you are welcome to read more and submit a form on the Custom-Designed Jewelry page or contact us via the "Contact Us" page.
• Jewelry that is not personalized or engraved can be exchanged within 10 business days.
• Canceling a transaction due to regret involves a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, up to 10 business days.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded in the refund. If the order is over 1000 NIS and shipping was free, 50 NIS shipping fees will be deducted at the time of the refund.
• If you would like to exchange or return the jewelry, you can return it to our store in Shinkin free of charge or with insured and fast delivery through us for 50 NIS.
• Cancellation of a transaction due to regret is not possible in the following cases: jewelry worth more than 3000 NIS, personalized jewelry, engraved jewelry, jewelry made according to the customer's measurements, jewelry not from the display, 18-karat jewelry (these are considered personalized orders).
Each piece of jewelry is made to order according to the dimensions and specifications that the customer ordered. The preparation time is up to 10 business days.
If the jewelry is available in stock, it will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

• There is a warranty against falling stones up to 20 points for two years
• Rings – initial size change at no cost for up to two years
• Bracelets - changing the length of the bracelet free of charge for up to a year
• Warranty on jewelry is for malfunctions that occur as a defect in the jewelry and not as a result of use, abrasion, beatings, etc.
• If the jewelry is damaged for any other reason, we will be at your disposal in the most fair manner.
• We provide a detailed invoice of the jewelry components that allows you to insure the jewelry.
The jewelry comes in a luxurious, branded, hard box. The jewelry comes wrapped in a gift box.
