Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery and shipping
- The product will be delivered in Israel in one of the following ways, at the discretion of the website owner and in coordination with the customer:
- via self-collection by prior arrangement; or
- Delivery via Israel Post courier service; or
- Shipping via registered mail from Israel Post.
- Product delivery outside of Israel will be made via Fedex or DHL unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
- The product is shipped in branded, luxurious packaging ready for gift delivery.
- Products sent via Israel Post will be sent in accordance with Israel Post policy, and it is emphasized that delivery times cannot be controlled by the website owner and are not under her control, and you declare that you will not have any claim against the website owner due to disruptions in delivery via Israel Post.
- Providing customer information when ordering is not mandatory, but failure to provide information may prevent the order from being completed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address details are correct.
- If you provide incorrect identification information when placing your order, we cannot guarantee that the products will reach you. In the event that the products are returned to the website owner due to incorrect information you provided, you will be charged for the handling and shipping fees. Please be sure to fill in accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Please note: If you are ordering to a business address, please include the company name next to the ordering person's name.
Cancellation of a purchase before the customer receives the product
- A purchase can be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed, provided it has not yet been shipped to the customer, without incurring a cancellation fee.
- In the event of cancellation of the purchase after the aforementioned period of time (whether the product is shipped or not), a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order will apply, but not less than 100 NIS.
- If the order has already been sent to the customer, shipping fees will not be refunded if charged, and the responsibility for returning the product to the website owner will apply to the customer.
- Notification of cancellation of the purchase by the customer will be made via email only.
- The website owner reserves the right to cancel the purchase at any time, by notifying the customer via email, and providing a refund to the customer.
Returning a defective product
- Return of a product due to a defect will be permitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery to the customer, under the following conditions:
- Presentation of a receipt proving the purchase of the product;
- The product was returned intact and in its original packaging;
- The defect is a defect that existed in the product when it arrived at the customer and was not caused by its use.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no return will be accepted for a product that is not in its original packaging or that has already been used.
Return not due to a product defect
- Return of a product and credit for it for a reason other than a defect in the product will be permitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
- The product was returned in good condition, in its original packaging, and unused;
- Present a receipt proving the purchase of the product.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no return will be accepted for a product that is not in its original packaging or that has already been used.
- When returning a product that is not due to a defect in the product, 5% of the total transaction but not less than 100 NIS will be deducted as a cancellation fee, whichever is lower.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded in the event of a return and the responsibility for returning the product to the website owner lies with the customer.
- The right to return a product is subject to additional restrictions as stated in Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
Cases in which a product cannot be returned
- In any case, product returns and transaction cancellations for jewelry that costs more than 3,000 NIS will not be permitted.
- In any case, returns of a product prepared according to a personal order will not be permitted, including changes in size; changes to all or part of the stones set; personal engraving; name jewelry.
